Product Support – Knife Sharpening and Care
For questions about maintaining your Japanese knives (sharpening angles, whetstone selection, rust prevention), please include photos of the knife if possible. While we cannot provide professional sharpening services, we offer guidance based on manufacturer recommendations. For ceramic donabe pots (clay pots), we can provide care instructions regarding cracking prevention and seasoning.
